3 Key Tips Before You Run

🥛 1. Hydration & Minerals

There are no shops along the rice field course. Prepare hydration and electrolytes (salt, etc.) before you start.

👣 2. After-Beach Care

After barefoot running, use the foot-washing stations (some free, some paid) usually found at beach access points.

🐄 3. Respect for Residents

The rural areas are home to grazing cows and farming locals. Remember you are in their living space and keep a respectful distance.
